Tina’s Fitness Studio was created from a personal belief that fitness should feel welcoming, encouraging, and doable (not intimidating). Inspired by Tina’s own journey, the studio is built around community, confidence, and consistent progress.

Today, Tina’s offers a variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels, with workouts designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel better in your body…whether you’re just starting out or getting back into a routine. Coaching is supportive and approachable, with options to modify and meet you where you are.

The studio also serves families with youth programming, including children’s tumbling, making it a space where both adults and kids can move, grow, and build confidence. More than a place to work out, Tina’s Fitness Studio is a place to belong, stay consistent, and celebrate real progress together.
